Frank Whelan in the Cois na hAbhna Archives in Ennis has been doing trojan work in putting to cd some of the great works of traditional Irish music in the Comhaltas music stable.
This was a recording originally released on vinyl in 1978 and it features fiddle legends of west Clare, all with that distinctive regional style and their own idiosyncrasies thrown in.
