Cork - born Conal is a collossus of traditional Irish flute playing. His style is his own, fully - patented and instantly recognizable and now he shares it with this important publication.
His two albums to date are the 1990 "The Top Of Coom" , followed 18 years later by Cnoc Buí.
His most recent collaborative release was with Offaly fiddler, Dave Sheridan and Benny Mc Carthy of "Danú" fame, known collectively as "The Raw Bar Collective", a band which rocked at The 2011 Ennis November Trad Festival.

Just getting a start on this wonderful tutorial by Conal O’Grada. It was well packaged and came in perfect condition with CD intact. Shipping to Canada cost more than the price of the actual book ( all in at almost 100 dollars in Canadian funds). It took just under 1 month to arrive…But that’s by me as it is a rare find at the moment, and is supposed to be the best out there Thank you John at Custys and of course to Conal for this beautiful book Kind Regards Dale Whitty
