Sound Your A

Anyone who has ever played music in group settings would be au fait with the "Sound your A" direction and such a fitting title for Enda Byrt's very personal publication celebrating the rich music of Ennistymon's céilí and dance bands.

  The seed from which the book grew  are the recordings  his father, John Byrt, made over the years on Monday nights in his home on the Circular Road in Ennistymon and Enda added flesh and form to it to produce a book of great import.
