The Friel Sisters

I first had occasion to meet Clare Friel in the shop here some months back when she arrived in with Liam O' Brien, two recipients of the Gradam Ceoil award for Young Musician of the year.

This cd came out in the wake of Clare's award presented to her in Belfast and the fiddle of Clare, pipes of Sheila and flute of Anna gel beautifully to form music of true depth and power .
