Apples in Winter

November 2010 release of a beautiful cd/dvd pack by percussionist, Tommy Hayes in which he celebrates the Irish apple in music,song,dance and film. Tommy lives amongst the soft, rolling hills of mythic East Clare in a paradise called Maghera Bawn and closeby is The Irish Seedsavers Association,an organization which actively promotes the use and conservation of native genetic resources.
