Siobhan first appeared on the scene as backing vocalist and bodhran player with her father's band, The Border Collies.
She then travelled south from Mayo to Co. Clare and was an integral part of Cruinniu, a band which included Jack Talty,Damien O' Reilly, Caitlin NicGabhann and Aine Bird.They had a reunion concert at the All Ireland Fleadh here in Ennis.
Her apprenticeship has been served and now comes her maiden solo album which was launched at the November Trad Fest here in Ennis,2016..onward and upward!
