John Joe Casey was a musician and composer and lived in the village of Clarecastle,2 miles east of Ennis.
He recorded these tunes himself in 1987 and presented them to Shannon fiddler ,Pat Mullins.
These are concertina tunes and are some of the few surviving recordings of John Joe.
