Aidan and Bryan have been respectful student apprentices of the Sliabh Luachra tradition from an early age with deep genetic roots set in the soil of that musically-rich area.
The Patrick O' Keeffe Festival of October 2025 saw the launch of this duet album, with no accompaniment, and thus heralded the coming of age and maturity of this young talent into a musical force that represents and pays homage to the legends and music of the area.
The baton has been passed and accepted dutifully by these musicians and they are now the polished bearers of this proud tradition.
